TOMOE High Performance Valve Discovanne and 300 Series are designed to suit those severe conditions such as high temperature and high pressure which do not allow the use of rubber seated valves. High performance butterfly valves provides an economical, light weight, highly controllable process valve. The design combines the tight shut off of the rubber lined type, and reduced torques and excellent throttling capabilities of the off-set disc assemblies. Two types of seats, metal or teflon, are availiable for used in accordance with various applications. Class 150# double eccentric metal(302A)/PTFE(304A) seated high performance butterfly valve. TOMOE Teflon Lined valves The unique construction provides superior strength and sealing performance essential in applications which are potentially hazardaus. The potential permiation of fluids and gases, separation of the rubber and teflon are eliminated by TOMOE new design. Live loaded gland seal, forth seal and independent flange sealing design are incorporated which has been proven in heavy duty chemical applications. Teflon lined body with Teflon or PPS Iined discs and seats for chemi-cal applications. TOMOE Rubber Seated Valve With a unique "Cosine-Curve" structure and raised center seatring, TOMOE has developed the world's first butterfly valve with torque adjustment. The valve operating torque is controlled in relation to the valve working pressure, enabling the actuators to be reduced in size and the effect of friction on mating surfaces being kept to a minimum.
