OSAWA Wonder-Gun is a new type of air gun that uses compressed air for blow off, suction and to transfer materials and is used widely in many industries. Wonder-Gun Types: Pencil model can be used as a tweezer or a cleaner in minute places. Air Blast model is used for full-scale blast. OSAWA Built-in Silencer!! Multiple Filters!! Silent-Cleaner is a pneumatic cleaner which can handle water, oil, gravel, metal chips and many more materials powerfully. Can be used for hours of continuous operations. The silencer keeps exhaust sound low. We offer special model for high viscosity fluid which can handle adhesive materials such as grease. Silent-Cleaner mechanism Connect to a compresser and open an air cock. Then compressed air goes to jet ejector inside of Silent-Cleaner. Air jets from the holes inside of the jet ejector, make the tank vacuum, and Silent-Cleaner can handle gravel starts operation. Sucked materials are stored in the tank. Only air goes through the tank, the filters and then outside. Jet ejector doesn't have any rotating parts so less chance of breakdown. Maintenance is easy.
OSAWA Mini-Porter-Cyclone is a mini type of cleaner which separates powder and air. When handling flour, the efficiency is almost 100%. Mini-Porter-Cyclone uses a vacuum cleaner or a blower for its operation. There are many kinds as per you preference. Mini-Porter-Cyclone with Ejector model (ex:MP-38WACF12) or Combination model (ex:MP-38CF12 & SC30-32SW/F). How to Use Connect one end of the hose to the vacuum cleaner or blower and the other end of the hose to suck materials. ※Shut tight MP lid and the tank; Performance decreases if air escapes from the tank. ※Please decrease the speed to suck light materials. When you start operation or when you check performance, please decrease the speed as much as possible. Then speed up gradually and then adjust the suction amount.
