SUNTES Disc Brakes stable brake has high heat dissipation and reliability used for stopping, clamping and regulating the speed of rotating products. The design is robust with high efficiency for a wide range of applications. Small type disc brake series Palm size extra-small type, air operated (6 types), and manual type with leaver arm (4 types) are available. SUNTES Centrifugal Clutches Centrifugal clutches transmit power by centrifugal and friction force on a rotating disc. Starting efficiency of the drive unit such as an engine has been reduced and improved as the shaft system is protected when it is overloaded. Combined, integrated gear clutch in a centrifugal clutch is called a centrifugal gear clutch. Engines can be operated independently without starting a pump or by switching a lever to operate engine. Basic type centrifugal clutch has improved the startup efficiency of start motors. It protects the shaft system when it is overloaded. Suitable for drain pumps, fire extinguisher pumps, compressors for refrigerated vehicles and hydraulic pumps used in construction equipment driven by engines. SUNTES Load Testers Developed using our original water-cooling discs enables load tests at low speed, which was impossible in past. While electric and water dynamometers are generally used with high-speed low torque, the Suntes Load Tester is the low speed high torque type. The configurations of this Load Tester are, the pneumatic or Hydraulic Disc Brake grips the water-cooling disc mounted on the input shaft to provide load mechanically. A load cell detects the generated reaction force then converts it into a torque value.
SUNTES Nega Clampers Spring force clamps the discs. Electromagnetic or hydraulics force releases the disc. The clampers are principally used for winding machines. The Nega Clamper can be used in hazardous conditions as in an emergency. Rail clampers hold the rails securely and prevent mobile cranes on tracks moving in high winds. Mechanical type This type release automatically when overload occurs in the drive shaft system. TX type - the fixed dog clutch resets continuously each rotation after releasing.
